Graduated in law at the University Complutense of Madrid in 1996. The following year at the same university she completed the legal course of Juridicial Practice at the aforementioned Madrid University. She began her career as a Spanish Solicitor (Abogado) in the law firm Fernandez-Luque y Valderrama specialising in civil law and company law. In 1997 she developed her legal career as a lawyer in property development company Dracker Assistance. In 1999 she joined Puerta Vides specialising in company and civil law. She practises in both non-contentious (procedural/contract legal matters) and in litigation (as an advocate in court). She is a member of the Malaga Law Society (Colegio de Abogados).
