He graduated with a degree in Employment Law at the University of Granada in 1997. During his degree course he also completed a specialist pay roll account course which was sponsored by the Andalucian Local Government. Upon graduation in 1999 he started his career in the firm which specialised in managing clients pay roll accounts. He joined Puerta Vides in 2000 and is their resident employment law expert.
